Volunteers Needed!

Since 1955, Ypsilanti National Little League has been fielding teams for boys and girls in the Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor areas to compete in Little League Baseball. Over the past two years, we’ve had the disappointment of not being able to field teams as a result of the pandemic, and this season we find ourselves in need of the next generation of Board Members. Many of those who helped us out over the past several years have had their children age out of Little League, which has left us with many open positions. We need your help! Without volunteers to help us out, we’ll be unable to do all of the work necessary to maintain quality fields, sell concessions, coach teams, umpire games, and many other behind the scenes work that is done every season to run a successful league! You do not need to have a ton of experience in any given area, and every little bit helps! Please consider joining the board, and helping us bring Baseball and Softball to the next generation of children! There is nothing better than a night at the ballpark!
We have open positions for the following areas:
Field Maintenance
Equipment Manager
Treasurer
Secretary
Player Agent
Baseball, Softball, Machine Pitch and Teeball division directors
Fundraising
Grants
We are also in need of coaches and team mom’s. All positions require background checks.
